The purpose of the newsletter is to keep Hughesville residents informed of "What's Happening" in Hughesville.  It is also a vehicle for promoting our businesses and upcoming events.  Most of the expense to produce and distribute this newsletter is covered by advertisements.  However, in the event the sales of ads do not cover the production costs, the cost is being absorbed by the founder of Hughesville Happenings.
